Hours of Operation and Ordering Information

Technical Sales Desk hours are 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (MST) Monday – Friday. Please note that we do not observe Daylight Savings Time. There are many ways to place your order with us apart from using the vast resources of Horizonparts.net. You may call 1-800-874-7727 and work directly with one of our professional sales associates, or you may fax your order to 1-800-234-7894 24 hours a day. You may also e-mail your order directly to the technical salesperson of your choice or to sales@horizonparts.net. Stock orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Backorders will be shipped when available and only with your approval.

Terms of Sale

Orders are shipped FedEx COD unless otherwise arranged. Prepayment arrangements can be made through American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card. Personal and company checks are also accepted and may be used with COD, Check by Fax, or sent in the US Mail as a prepayment prior to shipping. A service charge of $10.00 will be assessed on all checks that are redeposited by the bank. If the check does not complete processing on the second deposit, a service charge of $30.00 will be assessed in addition to the $10.00 redeposit fee.

Horizon Spa and Pool Parts, Inc. shall not be responsible for the results of any technical advice with respect to the design, installation, or use of the products it sells. Pricing Policy

Prices are subject to change without notice. Though we commit to a 30-day advance notice of price adjustments, the severity of an increase from our vendor partners may compel us to make an immediate adjustment. These cases are rare, and if they should impact a quote given to your customer, please let us know so that an accommodation can be made if possible. We reserve the right to make adjustments to our price schedule without notice as manufacturer pricing changes.
