Hours of Operation and Ordering Information


Horizonparts.net is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your ordering convenience. Warehouse shipping hours are 9:00am to 8:00pm (Eastern), 8:00am to 7:00pm (Central), 7:00am to 6:00pm (Mountain), and 6:00am to 5:00pm (Pacific), Monday through Friday. Upon the completion of your web order, we will send you an email confirmation outlining what we will send you, how we will ship it, and how much it will cost, without freight. A second email will be sent after your shipment is processed and will include freight. This is generally done the same day or the next business day the warehouse is open.

Technical Sales Desk hours are 9:00am to 8:00pm (Eastern), 8:00am to 7:00pm (Central), 7:00am to 6:00pm (Mountain), and 6:00am to 5:00pm (Pacific), Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not observe Daylight Savings Time. There are many ways to place your order with us apart from using the vast resources of Horizonparts.net. You may call 1-800-874-7727 and work directly with one of our professional sales associates, or you may fax your order to 1-800-234-7894 24 hours a day. You may also e-mail your order to sales@horizonparts.net.

Stock orders made on a business day, prior to 6:00 pm (Eastern Time) will be shipped that day. Stock orders made after 6:00 pm (Eastern Time) or on a non-business day, will be shipped on the next business day. Backorders will be shipped when available and only with your approval.

Some situations may prevent speedy processing of your order after it is placed and will require contact with our accounting team before shipment takes place. Examples of this are expired or incorrect credit card numbers, improper address information, etc.
