Horizonparts.net offers flexible Sick/Vacation Time, Holiday, Jury Duty, and Bereavement leaves as well as a Section 125 Cafeteria Premium only plan, a SIMPLE IRA retirement with matching funds, a Medical Plan (subsidized), a Dental Plan (Employee), and Aflac Supplemental Insurance Plans (Employee). All personal leave and retirement programs are owned by and vested to employees from day one - there is no company involvement other than contributing matching retirement funds to employee accounts.
